Dispatch Time
- Orders are usually shipped shortly after confirmation. The exact timing may vary depending on product availability.

Delays
- While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, unforeseen factors such as stock issues or transportation delays may affect schedules. In such cases, we will contact you directly.

Contact & Updates
- We do not currently offer online tracking numbers. Instead, we personally contact you to confirm shipment and provide updates on delivery status.
